AI-Powered Blockchain Firewall for IoT

ML anomaly detection × on-chain device revocation (97.75%)

Research-grade IoT firewall: a Random-Forest / LightGBM classifier inspects packet metadata via Scapy in real time and flags anomalies at 97.75% accuracy on the live test stream. The detector runs as a sidecar to the gateway and consumes <2% CPU at line rate.

When a device crosses the anomaly threshold, the firewall submits a revocation transaction to a Hyperledger Besu smart contract via Web3.py. The contract is the authoritative device-trust ledger — once revoked, the device is rejected by every node on the chain. Tamper-proof audit trail by construction.

Cross-discipline project bringing ML + network packet inspection + Solidity smart contracts + containerized orchestration into a single defensive system.
